Aphro hair guarantees

  • If your order doesn't arrive on time as committed, you can choose the following two ways to get refund:

    1. You can choose full refund, and return product. The freight will be at the seller's cost.

    2. You can choose partial refund and keep the product. (Discuss the refund amount with the seller)

  • If the product you received is very different from the seller's description, you will get refund by following two ways:

    1. You can choose full refund, and return product, freight will be at the seller's cost.

    2. You can choose partial refund and keep the product. (Discuss the refund amount with the seller)

  • If you have received product with quality defective

    You will get a full refund and keep the product at the same time. (The proof should be provided)

  • If the product you received is proved fake

    You will get double refund and we will seriously dispose the seller.

The seller can provide additional guarantees

  • 1. Before the order is completed, you have additional 7 days to submit refund request.
  • 2. After shipped, you can get full refund, if order doesn't arrive on time as seller guaranteed, even if the product has no defect.

( At present, the above regulations are limited to the users in the United States, all buyer protection agreements are based on the user agreement )

How does Buyer Protection work

    We will mediate between you and the seller to resolve the problem.

On-time Delivery

  • On-time Delivery Guarantee
    Each seller on fashion in hair should offer on-time delivery guarantee to their products. If you buy a product from Aphrohair.com (using our payment and payment system), but don't receive your product within the stipulated time (not including payment pending time by payment company), you have the right to require full refund and return the product (freight at seller's cost) or, keep the product and require partial refund (communicate with the seller about the refund amount).
    Guarantee scope:
    All products sold on Aphrohair.com (use our payment and payment system), promise to reach the buyers within maximum 60 days (not including payment pending time by payment company). If do not, you can get a full refund.
  • The refund is not applicable under the following circumstances:
    1. Your order doesn't arrive because of your personal factors (you have offered wrong delivery address).
    2. Your order does not arrive due to special circumstances beyond the seller's control (i.e. does not pass customs, natural disasters has delayed it and other uncontrollable factors).
    3. Other special circumstances, such as Aphrohair.com has given the information that unable to deliver or cannot reach the destination.
    4. Payment method without Aphrohair's authorization (for example, your payment account is not supported in all payment methods provided by the platform, or trade with the seller privately).
  • Guarantee Protection Time
    1. You can only apply for refund before the order is completed, and you will find the completion detail in your order.
    2. If the product is sold with additional guarantee time provided by the seller, you can apply for refund with additional 7 days before completion date.
  • Buyer's Rights
    If you did not receive your product within the guaranteed period, you can get a full refund and return the product or keep the product and get partial refund.
    Excluding orders have finished and orders haven't followed the process of trading:
    1. You have confirmed and completed your order but didn't receive anything at all.
    2. You received nothing, but didn't apply refund before the completion date of the order. (If the seller provides additional guarantee time, you can apply for refund with additional 7 days before completion date)
  • Conditions of Refund Request
    1. You didn't receive the product within guarantee period.
    2. Refund amount should not exceed the selling price of the product on Aphrohair.
    3. Applications should be submitted within the guarantee time and completion date of order.

Returns & Refund

  • Returns & Refund Guarantee
    The returned product must be the one sold by the seller on Aphrohair.com through our trading system. When you find the product you bought or paid for on our website doesn't fit the descriptions given by the seller or it is with a low quality, you can contact with the seller to solve these problems (according to Buyer Protection Agreement) and you has the refund right.
    Guarantee scope:
    All the products sold on Aphrohair.com are sold with the return and refund guarantee. Before the completion of the order, in case of that the product is not as decribed by seller or with a low quality, you can apply for refund.
  • The returns and refund is not applicable under the following circumstances:
    1. The seller can prove that the product is the same as its description even though the buyer thinks it is not.
    2. The product has been as described and delivered, but the buyer don't want it any more (except the seller provides extra return guarantee).
    3. Claiming that the seller provide unqualified product, but without proof.
  • Buyer's Rights
    If the product you bought doesn't fit with its description, you have the following rights before the order is completed:
    1. You can choose full refund and return products. The freight fees will be at the seller's cost.
    2. You can choose partial refund and keep the product. (Discuss with the seller about the refund amount)
    Excluding orders have finished and orders haven't followed the process of trading:
    1. The buyer has received product and there is no problem about it, but in fact, there is no such problem that the product doesn't fit with its description.
    2. The product received by the buyer doesn't fit it description,but the buyer didn't submit refund request before the completion date of the order. (If the seller provides additional guarantee time, you can apply for refund with additional 7 days before completion date)
  • Guaranteed Protection Period
    1. You can only apply for refund before the completion of order, and you can find the completion detail in your order. (Normally 30 days is provided after order shipped)
    2. If the product is sold with additional guarantee time provided by the seller, you can apply for refund with additional 7 days before completion date.
  • Conditions of Refund Request
    1. The buyer need to prove that the products being claimed unfaithfully described is the product of the seller.
    2. Submit refund application within the guarantee time and completion date of order.
    3. The buyer should have sufficient proof to prove that the product doesn't fit its description. If there is dispute, the final interpretation right belongs to Aphrohair.
  • Return & Freight
    If the buyer is not satisfied with the produt, he can follow the following principles:
    1. The seller has not violated Buyer Protection Agreement and willing to accept return, in addition, the buyer also wants to return his purchase, he should contact with the seller about the details. If the seller set who pays the shipping cost, contact with them in advance on payment method and shipping service.
    2. The seller has not violated buyer protection agreement and willing to accept replace, in addition, the buyer also wants to return his purchase, if the seller set who should pay the shipping cost, contact with the seller about the details.
    If the product you received is proved fake, you will get double refund and we will seriously dispose the seller.

Extra Protection

  • Extra Protection provided by the seller
    Longer Protection is an extra guarantee provided by the seller, and the sellers can provide extra guarantee to the products they are selling on Aphrohair.
    Based on normal refund & return policy, you have 30 days to receive and confirm the products after order shipped, Longer Protection ensures that the buyer can submit refund request with additonal 7 days before system confirm and complete the order automatically.
  • Buyer's Rights
    If the product does not fit the descriptions or with a low quality, the return and refund guarantee are still valid within 15 days before the order is completed by system.
  • Guaranteed Protection Period
    Before the order is confirmed and completed by system automatically, protection offer buyer additional 7 days to submit refund request. Order completion time can be found in your order details.
  • Conditions of Refund Request
    1. Only for products with additional guarantee time.
    2. Refund amount should not exceed the selling price of the product on Aphrohair.
    3. You must provide sufficient evidences to prove that product you received does not fit the descriptions or is with a low quality or is counterfeit.
  • Guarantee scope
    Only some products sold by the seller on fashion on hair have been provided with this protection. It doesn't apply to conditions that the product is not faithfully described, low quality or fakes.
    Detailed Condition:
    1. Products are unused and the original packing is not destroyed.
    2. Product can be restored and sold again.
    3. The returned product should with complete package, including accessories, invoices, labels, etc.
    4. Products or accessories cannot be used damaged and returned back.
    5. Products cannot be washed, worn and damaged or the label is removed.
