Why I did not receive refund after I see Refund Completed on the order detail page?

Please note that Refund Completed means that Fashion-in-Hair has completed the refund process from our side. Then, the refund process should be followed up by your correspondent bank or card issuer. Some bank or card issuer may need time for fund settlement circle. Normally, it will take 7 to 15 business days for you to get the refund after the order status is Finished.

If you are still unable to receive the refund after the timeline above, please directly contact your correspondent bank or card issuer for more information.


Why the money I receive is less than the original refund amount?

Fashion-in-Hair Buyer Protection service is free to buyers and Fashion-in-Hair does not charge any fees for any transactions.

However, the following fees are unable to be covered by Fashion-in-Hair Buyer Protection:

1. The foreign currency fee which was absorbed by your correspondent bank or card issuer

2. The commission absorbed by your correspondent bank or card issuer for each transaction

3. The floating exchange rate

Can Fashion-in-Hair expedite the refund process?

No, Fashion-in-Hair cannot expedite the refund process. The refund is processed by bank system automatically and it is not processed manually. Therefore, it is out of scope to expedite the process. Please wait with patience.


My card has been expired or stolen, can you return the money to a new card?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund can only be returned to your original card.

If this happens, please contact your bank as soon as possible. Your correspondent bank will help you walk through the process.


Can Fashion-in-Hair transfer my refund to a new order?
