Delivery Policy
In order to ensure the smooth delivery of
your product to your place, please accurately fill in the name, address, post
code and phone of the consignee and make sure the filled information true and
effective; during the shipping, please keep the contact phone you fill open so
that the delivery man can contact you at any time!
Special notes:

Please understand that in case of big celebrations of your local
city, natural disasters like heavy rains or snows, floods, ice disaster and
earthquake, traffic control and other special circumstances, the delivery time
will be appropriately postponed.

The mall will not accept the services that
customers go to warehouse or retail store to pick up products on
their own. All the orders are subject to the uniform distribution and
arrangement of the mall. Please kindly understand.

Delivery time: Fashion-in-Hair will ask seller to confirm an
order after checking the ordered product, delivery address, payment and other information
are correct. After the order confirmation, the mall usually ships out the
package within 1 working day (exclusive of the stock cycle of the product);
after the shipping of the package, Fashion-in-Hair will update the relevant shipping
information to the member account information to facilitate the user to
directly inquire the delivery status of the package via the platform of the
logistics company.

Consignee: please fill in your true name. In case of using a
alias name, please make sure this name is completely the same with that
in your ID card or passport so as to ensure your package delivered to you
correctly. If your package fails to be delivered to you or gets lost due to
your name problem, seller and Fashion-in-Hair will not bear any responsibility.

When the express
company personnel deliver the product to your doorstep, please carefully check if
the outer packaging of the product has any breakage. If so, please timey
contact our customer service center.

Order logistics inquiry:
to inquire your logistics distribution status in first time, please click the
corresponding logistics carrier. You may go to the Order Management at our
Member Center to obtain the express number. It is suggested that the inquiry is
made after 24 hours from the shipment.
