Return Policy

BestAphroHair promises to offer return and replacment services before the customer confirms and complete order after the customer signs for the productor order completion date, subject to the date of signature of the customer on the courier receipt as long as the product and its package stay the same with complete accessories.

In case of one of the following conditions, Fashion-in-Hair will not accept the return or replacement of a product:

  1. The product was not sold by BESTAPHROHAIR.
  2. The product has been used, except for any quality problem.
  3. The product's quality problem arose from non-normal use and improper safekeeping.
  4. The product is damaged due to the customer's personal reasons (such as dimension modification by oneself or long-time wear), improper safekeeping and fair wear and tear.
  5. The product's quality problem was caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration and incorrect installation, or if the label or the false proof mark is torn up or altered, the changing or refunding request will be refused.
  6. Products with gifts, composite products, gift bags and products in the kit cannot be partially refunded.
  7. If the customer directly sends the commodity back to Fashion-in-Hair without applying to the mall for refunding application, Fashion-in-Hair will not undertake the safekeeping, re-delivery or refund obligations. When necessary, the mall has the right to dispose the detained commodity.

Return Policy

  1. When you apply for returning and/or replacing the product, please contact seller first, if issue isn't addressed, then plaese contact our customer service center and Fashion-in-Hair will offer warm-hearted service to you.
  2. Please make sure that the replaced and returned product package stays the same as it was initially sold. In case of any gifts, please return the gifts together with the product.
  3. If you only send back partial products within the kit, we cannot handle the return service until you send the remaining products back.
  4. If you asked for an invoice when purchasing the product, please return the invoice together with the product back. In case of loss the invoice, we may not conduct the return service.
  5. All the products to be returned must be properly packaged (including filling materials and an outer box or outer bag), and you may use the packaging materials used by seller during the delivery. Meanwhile, please input enough filling materials in the parcel so as to avoid the collision or scattering of small items in the parcel.

Refund and freight charge back policy:

  1. If the return/replacement is due to reasons which are the responsibility of seller (such as wrong delivery and product quality problem, etc.), Fashion-in-Hair will bear the freight charge. If the return/replacement is due to customer's own reasons (such as customer's dislike or unfit size), the customer will bear the freight charge on his/her own.
  2. The time limit for handling the refund is within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product from the customer (the date of signing for the returned package), and then the refund will be transferred to the specific account you paid for the order in Fashion-in-Hair.
